Lottery for Mhada flats M hada has announced its lottery for 1,259 flats.

 The carpet area of the flats ranges from 180 sq ft to 740 sq ft and the flats are priced between Rs 6 lakh to Rs 75 lakh. Applications can be downloaded from the Mhada website from 2pm on May 1 to 6pm on May 21. The draw is likely to take place on May 31. There are 584 flats for the high income group (monthly earning over Rs 40,000) in Dahisar, Kandivli, Powai and Gorai. With an area of 476 sq ft to 749 sq ft, the flats are priced between Rs 39 lakh and Rs 75 lakh.
